When we could feed a starving world

With what we throw away
David has just finished at the butchers and was hanging up his blooded apron, he had to lock up as everyone else had already left, some family emergency or something, he didn't mind though, sure it was slightly annoying as he knew later on he'd sit at home paranoid to whether he'd locked up correctly. Although in nobody being around he could get stuff done a lot faster he bewitched the knives into cleaning themselves then began scrubbing the work surface humming to himself as he did so.
After he was happy with how lean everything was and the knives were dry he took off his big long white butchers jacket and hang it up on its peg, there he then stood on the spot, one hundread percent sure he'd missed something, he went over everything he'd already don in his head and tapped his foot in annoyance, then his eye caught sight of a big black bag filled with the scraps nobody would want, he was supposed to bin it but it seemed like such a waste, h decided he'd take them home and use them and if there was too much for him to store in the freezer he could offer some to the neighbours or something... he'd improvise.
Once again that feeling returned. I've missed something else he thought to himself as his hand went to his head to scratch it, then he realised he still had a hair net on. Well that could have been embarrasing he thoughv taking it off, h felt stupid wearing it but once iit had been on for a while he tended to forget he even had it on, his eyes then gazed through the window, it looked cold out, David went and got his jacket, popped it on vhen pulled his scarf out from his pocket and wrapped it around his neck, then he heard something behind him, lowly turning around cautiously he half expected to see some huge big bald bloke standing there with a weapon ready to mug him and rob the store.
But all we serve are empty words
That always taste the same.
That always taste the same.
